This crocheting workshop was held by Helena Austin on October 28, at the Student Wellness Center, here in Tsaile, Arizona. It was a very welcoming space; many students were interested in learning and wanted to participate. The intentions of this workshop were to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for students. I was able to participate and try crocheting myself, which was a very confusing learning process, but I was able to catch on and get the hang of it. It was a very welcoming and supportive event, which I really enjoyed, lots of laughter and enjoying each other’s company.
